With comfortable seating for seven or eight people, there is an option to swap the standard second-row bench seat for captain’s chairs. The powerful 3.5-liter Direct Injection Gasoline V-6 engine paired with the Pathfinder’s nine-speed automatic transmission makes driving sheer pleasure. The result is a smooth ride, quiet cabin, quick response, and enhanced control. The Pathfinder has an excellent tow rating. Standard models can tow 3,500 pounds, and with the towing package, it increases to 6,000 pounds.
Seamless Connectivity
The digital dashboard on the Pathfinder offers an available 12.3-inch wide screen with customizable digital gauges that include a map display, turn-by-turn directions, and other driving aids. Keep your eyes on the road with the head-up display that shows the relevant information, like your speed, on your windshield. Large text and icons are easy to see. Staying connected is a breeze for all in the SUV with each row having two USB ports. The first and second rows have an advanced USB-C port and there’s a 120-V outlet in the second row.
Safe and Secure
The Pathfinder’s Safety Shield 360° has six standard features to prevent any potential problems. Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection alerts you when people cross in front of you and watches the distance between you and the vehicle ahead. It alerts you if you need to decrease your speed. Rear Automatic Braking checks behind you when reversing.
Blind Spot Warning lets you know if it picks up a vehicle in your blind spot. Rear Cross Traffic Alert monitors your rear and alerts you if cars are closing in on you from either side. Lane Departure Warning makes sure you change lanes when you mean to. A small buzz on the steering wheel tells you that you’re drifting over. High Beam Assist deactivates high beams on the approach of other vehicles.
