This is the third consecutive model year of the Rogue Sport, which is considerably enhanced from the previous year. Three trims are available; they are the S, SV, and SL.

ROGUE SPORT HIGHLIGHTS
EXTERIOR

The 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport starts off with exterior features such as approach lighting, power side mirrors, a rear spoiler and windshield wiper, and 16-inch steel wheels. On the SV, Nissan adds roof rails, auto control on the headlights to provide illumination when necessary, and LED turn-signal indicators on the side mirrors, and the automaker replaces the 16-inch steel wheels with 17-inch alloy ones. Only the top-of-the-line SL has side-mirror heating ability and fog lights.

PERFORMANCE

Powering the 2019 Rogue Sport is a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder engine, which produces 141 horsepower and 147 lb-ft of torque. It is mated to a continuously variable transmission called Xtronic CVT. If you stick with the standard front-wheel drivetrain, the SUV will yield 25 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway; with an all-wheel drivetrain, fuel economy is estimated at 24/30 mpg.

INTERIOR

With two rows of seats, the 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport accommodates up to five occupants. Passenger volume is measured at 96 cubic feet while standard cargo volume varies according to model (22.9 cubic feet on the S, 20 cubic feet on the SV, and 19.9 cubic feet on the SL). The rear seats can be folded down to expand cargo space into the cabin (61.1 cubic feet on the S and 53.3 cubic feet on the SV and SL). Cloth upholstery, a 6-way manually adjustable driver's seat, and a 4-way manually adjustable front passenger seat are standard. The cloth trim is upgraded on the SV trim, and the SL is unique with its front-seat heating, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, and leather seat trim. The 2019 model year welcomes the Divide-N-Hide cargo system as standard. Providing 18 different configurations, Divide-N-Hide enables you to create a private storage space to organize and conceal your valuables, a lower deck to handle taller items, and an upper shelf for additional space.
